Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy – Pearls and Swirls

Courier Partner
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery address. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure prompt delivery of your order. For express shipping requests, please email us at sales@pearlsandswirls.com so our team can provide details on applicable charges.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns & Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, items must:

  1. Be in the same condition as received

  2. Be returned in their original packaging (quality will be verified upon receipt)

  3. Include the original invoice

  4. Be sent to:

Note: Returned items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at your expense with no reimbursement.

Credit Note
All items purchased can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days of delivery. The full product amount (excluding shipping fees) will be issued as a coupon code, which can be redeemed on future purchases within 1 month. Please note: We do not provide refunds.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@pearlsandswirls.com with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the full amount within 7 working days of receiving your cancellation request.
